Nauti-Girls - a Tall Ship Sailing Adventure for Women

Join other women sailors (and women who want to become sailors), on this fun and exciting cruise aboard the historic tall ship Schooner Zodiac!

The Zodiac will embark on an empowering three-day excursion into the San Juan Islands. Our female crew members will demonstrate and supervise sail maneuvers. Passengers can raise the largest working mainsail on the west coast and take their turn at the helm of this 160 ft, 147-ton vessel. The cruise is the perfect bonding experience for mothers and daughters or friends who are given the opportunity to both work together as a team and also relax amongst the beauty of the San Juan Islands.

This is one of the Zodiac’s trips that feature no set itinerary. The ship will set out to find as much wind and adventure as possible throughout the San Juan Islands. The cruise will also include opportunities for passengers to go ashore, hike and kayak together in the ship’s double kayaks.

Each evening the ship will tuck into a secluded anchorage for passengers and crew to mingle during a happy hour featuring local beer, wine and craft cocktails in addition to hors d’oeurves. After enjoying aperitifs and comparing stories of the day’s adventures, dinner will be served each evening from the ship’s galley and everyone aboard can linger on deck as the sunsets over the San Juan Islands.

Cruise Highlights Include:
  • 3-days Sailing and exploring the San Juan Islands
  • Opportunities to kayak and hike on various islands
  • All meals and hors d’oeurvres served from the ship’s galley
  • Plenty of wildlife sightings including: bald eagles, porpoises, seals and whales
  • A truly empowering and unique experience to learn and bond with other women

Part of the adventure of sailing is that wind and tide may alter your course. For this reason the Zodiac may deviate from it's intended route at the captain's discretion. Bearing this in mind, the captain and crew will always endeavor to give passengers the most incredible experience possible.
